Policies
To maximize our service, please note the following:
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. If you fail to show for an appointment you will be charged the full amount as we have committed to serve you during this time.
3. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve two or more services, or more than one person of the same party.
4. If there is a need to cancel an appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice or we reserve the right to full payment on all booked services.
5. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, however you will be charged for the full service.
6. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only and must be accompanied by original reciept. Store Credit is valid for one year from date of purchase.
7. We have designed our scheduling to allow ample time for relaxation and to complete your service. Please help us by arriving ten minutes early for your appointment.
8. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
9. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, and Personal or Business Checks.
10. In consideration of others who are here to relax, please refrain from the use of cellular phones.
11. Body Benefits is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
12. Gift Certificates are valid for service and products only.
Gift certificates cannot be used towards the purchase of new gift certificates.
13. Gift Certificates are valid until expiration date only. No Exceptions.
14. For the safety of your child and for the consideration of others who are here to relax, we ask that you refrain from bringing children into the spa "service area".
15. Body Benefits is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
16. We do not accept gratuities on gift certificates, credit cards, or checks.
